Department adds ‘Law and Communication’ track

With the start of the fall semester today, the University of Scranton’s Department of Communication has launched a new track in Law and Communication.

Faculty have designed the track primarily for communication majors who plan to continue their education through law school. It requires students take the common communication core, as well as additional courses in Argumentation & Debate, Mass Communication Law and Political Communication.

Students interested changing to the Law and Communication track should contact the department chairperson, Dr. Matthew M. Reavy (St. Thomas Hall Communication Wing #4122, phone: 941-6186).
